If Black Lives Matter Why Are We Killing Each Other?

I have an issue with the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement.

It seems that it exists only for a certain race in certain situations. It seems the only time BLM is when a white person acts unjustly towards an African American person as if the movement were not applicable to black on black crime.
